CFS Pocket Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using CFS Pocket, you accept these terms. CFS Pocket is operated by CloudFusions LLP. Contact: support@cloudfusions.com.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The service is invitation-only. You are responsible for your credentials, and each account may be used by only one person.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful personal purposes. You must not abuse or scrape the service, reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or upload content you have no right to use.

4. Your content

You own your content. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display it to you and your group members. You are responsible for its accuracy.

5. Service availability

The service is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Back up important documents.

6. Financial information disclaimer

The app organises information you enter; it is not financial, tax or legal advice.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CloudFusions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us, if any.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at CloudFusions LLP's registered seat have jurisdiction.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. We will update the date above and announce material changes in the app.
