CFS Pocket Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

CloudFusions LLP ("CloudFusions", "we") operates CFS Pocket, a personal and household expense, bill and document app. Contact: support@cloudfusions.com.

2. What we collect

Account data includes your email address and display name, provided by you or by the sign-in provider you choose (Google or Apple). Apple's Hide My Email relay addresses are supported.

App data you enter includes expenses, bills, reminders, residences, contracts, group memberships, and documents or receipts you upload.

Technical data includes server logs containing IP address, request time, path and status, kept for 14 days for security and reliability. We also collect device push tokens if you enable notifications.

3. How we use it

We use your data to provide the service you asked for: sign you in, store and sync your data, send account emails (invitations, password reset, confirmation), send reminders you configure, and keep the service secure.

We do not sell personal data, show advertising, or use your data to train models.

4. Sign-in providers

When you use Google or Apple sign-in, we receive your name, email and a provider identifier; we do not receive your provider password. Their own privacy policies govern their side.

5. Where data lives and how it is protected

Data is hosted on Amazon Web Services in US East (N. Virginia). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (database storage and object storage encryption). Access is restricted to the operating account; the service is invitation-only.

6. Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service (AWS for hosting and email delivery, Google and Apple for sign-in) and when required by law. Data you share inside a group is visible to that group's members according to the roles you set.

7. Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can export your data and request account deletion from within the app; deletion removes your account and personal data after any grace period shown in the app, except records we must keep for security or legal reasons. Logs expire after 14 days.

8. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export and deletion through the app or by emailing support@cloudfusions.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights (for example the EU/UK GDPR or India's DPDP Act), those rights apply and we will respond to verified requests.

9. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We will update this page and the date above; material changes are announced in the app.
